"Stor förvåning när vi anlände och ingen visste att vi var bokade. Hotellet ville se bokningsbekräftelser. Rummen ostädade och badrummet snuskigt. Detta fixades dock till relativt snabbt och vi fick våra rum till slut. Luftkonditioneringen blåste rakt på sängen. Stenhård säng. Pool ok."

"The room was not properly cleaned (the beddings were clearly used before with stains and dirt), the blanked didn't have a cover, the floor wasn't dusted. The bathroom had a mud wasp nest, toilet was dirty and generally the bathroom was dirty with the toilet brush dirty on the floor (not in a stand). ..."
