Built in 2016, this modern furnished unit has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with ensuite. All new stainless steel appliances including built in microwave, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and in suite washer and dryer. Plenty of parking. Open concept kitchen & living area. Close to university, major arteries, stadium, auditorium, marina and athletic complex. Quiet secluded area backing onto cycle/walking path.

Very unfortunate booking

Very unfortunate experience with our first VRBO booking. After driving for 9 hrs we arrived at the property only to find another party already there. Apparantly the property had been double booked. I understand mistakes and oversights happen but after a long day of travelling this is not what .you want to run into. The owner did not answer the phone we we called to resolve the issue and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with VRBO to get a refund and then our party of 4 had to crowd into a hotel room for our stay when we had planned to spend the weekend in a 3 bedroom home - will definitely think twice about booking through VRBO again

This lower level apartment had all the comforts of home. The unit was clean and spacious, well furnished and stocked with many household essentials. It was ideal for our 5-night stay in Thunder Bay exploring the city and doing some day trips.

Eh-mazing

The apartment is so nice and modern . It’s perfect for families. It’s located centrally by mall and not a far ride to the fort Williams tours . The house is so well stocked and so clean. I would stay here and will every time we go to Canada . This place is perfect . Oh and having a grill is such a nice option.

Best rental in T. Bay

My family have stayed here four times so far and will definitely come back. Very spacious with a great kitchen including all everything that you need. Central location only minutes away from Inter City Mall, LCBO, Walmart etc.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location for shopping, dining and hockey rinks. The house is clean with large spacious rooms. The property owner responds quickly to questions.

Great Stay

This was a great stay. The home is well kept very spacious, large kitchen, all the amenities, walking distance to shops, restaurants. The owner is very nice and responsive. Really relaxing. I highly recommend it and would definitely return.

Nice place

We stayed for a few days to celebrate Canada Day and explore the Thunder Bay Area. The owner moved us up to the upstairs unit, with more windows, no charge. The space is large and accommodated the six of us well. The location is a great jumping off point to explore Thunder Bay. We actually met the owner’s uncle, a very nice gentleman who told us about the ballpark down the road: we went and caught a game & the Boarder Cats won! We went to the marina park on the lakefront to watch the Canada Day fireworks- they put on a good show. We also visited Fort William, Kakabeka Falls, Ouimet Canyon, and an amethyst mine. Thunder Bay residents are very friendly and hospitable.

Nice place, with a couple cleanliness issues

Spacious, well lit basement unit. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Two issues however: the shared bathroom bathtub drain was clogged with hair which required cleaning, and we found a piece of glass on the living room carpet.

Excellent Family Trip

The house was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family to go to our son’s convocation from Lakehead University. We were pleasantly surprised to realize that it was within walking distance of the ceremony.
