"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a spacious suite. The restaurant offers gorgeous views, and the food was very good. The pool is small but still a nice place to relax.
The only downsides were that our room overlooked nearby apartments, so we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy, and the shower design caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"This hotel is in the heart of the city with an amazing rooftop bar! If you are looking for a fun hotel with a great vibe this is it. Most of the staff speaks English and we’re very helpful. There are many hotels that are difficult to get to but this hotel can have taxis drop you off right in front. "Was allocated room 61, on arrival it was like an oven as aircon wasn’t working. Reported this and told give it 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 25 minutes and so on just getting fobbed off. After 3 hours gave up and booked another hotel as couldn’t stay overnight there in the heat. Receptionist was trying to be helpful but couldn’t do anything without manager approval who was no where to be seen and uncontactable. Asked for refund but again basically they refused to respond to Expedia."
