"Very basic and in dire need of refurbishment . I guess i got what i paid for ? A single bed room 8 mins walk from the train station ,it had clean bed sheets ,clean towels and was quiet it had a tiny shower room A hotel stuck in the 1980s No tea /coffee or kettle in my room. Management seemed to try their best. One night was enough though I paid £48."

"The room was spacious and clean and relatively quiet given that the 'hotel' ( consisting of 4 houses dotted around 3 streets was next to a busy road. The buildings looked tired and needed some updating. There is no reception desk and you will not see a person - everything is done on WhatsApp. No breakfast room and you need to order it 48 hours before - no service and 'character' - still location is good and central"

"The hotel is literally you get what you pay for. It is a clean ish space, in a safeish area near a bus stop and convienence store. The shower was terrible and the temperature varied greatly. The hot water did not come on sometimes. If you have a room on the top floor and you're tall you are likely to bump your head. "In this hotel romm was a fridge, ar fryer and microwave, never seen that before. A selection of cups, plates and cutlery completes the scene. Think it would be a good idea to add a coffee machine and sell pods in reception. Been there before and will definitely use it next time in Norwich."
