"The overall stay was great. The house was very clean and close to the trail system so we were able to ride sxs during the day and enough room we could all hang out at night. I do think it’s important to note the bedroom situation isn’t as described. This is listed as 6 bedrooms, which I did ask about before arrival and was told it’s 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are divided by a wall; therefore creating 4 spaces. I was told upstairs had 1 king, 3 Queens, and a full over twin bunk. In reality...

"Really nice location overlooking the river. Used the boat landing across the river to launch kayaks and then enjoyed a lovely campfire in the evening."

"Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. There were so many games/activities for all ages. We had plenty to...

"Cute cottage that has a lovely location on the river. Surprising amount of space including a comfortable living room and dining room. Host has done a nice job. As others have noted it is very close to a relatively busy road but a white noise machine will help. Short drive to Cornell and hiking /biking trails."

"Very nice home and comfortable for our family. Clean and well stocked. Jerry was a great host and was very helpful with our questions. "

"Stayed with my parents, siblings and their families. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. Kitchen was stocked with very nice pots, pans, and food storage. Having two fridges was great! The lofted space with the bonus room with beds was awesome for the kids to have their own hangout space. Access to the water was perfect and so close the beach and park worked out so well! We would definitely book again!!"

"Very nice accommodations with nice surroundings by the river. It was so quiet at night and no nearby road traffic to bother either. We enjoyed visiting Timm's Hill and Big Falls County Parks, which were recommendations from our host. "

"Nice clean cabin, we loved feeling like we were in the woods and the screened porch was great for playing cards in the evening. The driveway was a little tricky having a large trailer. Overall it was a great stay."

"The house was perfect size for our family with lots of room to have meals & game time together. The oven worked, however, not very well. Cooked pizzas on the grill in order to get crust done. Patio door quite hard to open/close, so we used the side door, which was no big deal. Overall, enjoyed the beautiful home. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms/showers and rec area! "
