"Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again"

The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. "Rooms are very durty and dusty ,the head board needs replacing all black bits falling off onto pillows , bed room skirting in need of repair ,furniture old and tatty. The bathroom has a shower over the bath tiles moldy and durty sink no plug. Bath side coming away from bath very durty ,under radiator very dusty. The corridor is very dark and carpets very durty door frames damaged. Do not stay at this hotel if you want agreenking keep going and looking. "
