"I wish that I had gotten her name but the lady at the front desk was so helpful. I asked about a local map as there was not one in the carousel of brochures, she took the time to go on line and make one for us with the local attractions ! It would be nice if the hotel put some outdoor seating. we used the area near the shops as they were all closed but not sure if the businesses would appreciate (we did make sure to clean up )"

"We were not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It feels more like a self service Airbnb as you get your own code emailed to you in advance to get into the building and your room. The place is quaint and well maintained. It provided what we needed - nothing fancy, convenient location. My one and only complaint was the coffee. It’s a basic household 12 cup brewer so both mornings we came down to an empty coffee pot and didn’t have time to wait for them to brew another pot....

"The only thing I didn't care for was the bed. It was too, too soft. The pool was great. The breakfasts were plentiful with a nice variety available. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The bar and grill made it so convenient to have a good meal after a long day of travel or sightseeing. The cheesesteak eggrolls are amazing! So is the onion soup."

"My mom and I came out to visit for the paracon at Pennhurst. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast we had two days in a row was delicious. Lots of great options. The only thing we didn't like about our room is there's nowhere to hang towels. We had to put them over the shower curtain rod. There's lots of things close by and it's very pretty in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend."

"This property has gone steeply downhill since our last stay here. We come into town every couple of months and this hotel had been our go-to for a couple of years. The morning after we arrived, we saw bright pink lipstick on our fitted bedsheet; not mine as I had no makeup with me. There was also a dark brown-black smear on one of the lampshades. One of the two elevators was broken. The washing machine was out of order as was the ice maker on our floor. Our entire room looked and felt dingy and...

"The staff is amazing, especially a server on the breakfast shift. Trupti was so kind and courteous. She could anticipate your needs and always served with a smile and kind word. All the staff were helpful and smiling, making you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend staying there."
