The first floor consists of a fully equipped 'American' kitchen with a TV, a large living room with a flat screen and fireplace, a sofa bed for an extra bed, a bathroom with WC and a dressing room.

Under the roof, the large bedroom has a large bed (160 cm), an open bathroom and separate WC. * Please note that access to the upper floor is via an unsecured sculptural staircase.
