"We loved our short stay at Buri Rasa. Such a special place in Koh Phangan. We visited and stayed all over the island and this resort is by far the classiest. Having said that, this is ‘sanitised’ Koh Phangan (only ONE cannabis shop we spied in the village, as opposed to the customary ‘every other shop’ experience!) and we absolutely loved our very different, more authentic stay just before at Secret Beach Bungalows. "Sand in my Shoes was a very relaxed, chilled-out place to stay. It was very peaceful and the location is perfect- you literally roll out of bed right on to the beach. I watched many sunrises sitting on a sun lounger followed by a delicious coffee made by the super-attentive and friendly staff there. The large deck cafe area is great for hanging out any time of the day and the food is delicious…. especially breakfast. Comfy beds and very quiet at night. "
