"Awesome location! Perfect luxury hotel. We had rooms with pool and seeview. Just perfection. Breakfast is internal and local food. Taste very good and is always fresh. "Good hotel in a good location. Very high level of service. A charming little street full of restaurants and bars leads out of the hotel. Not very accessible for disabled people, for example lots of stairs to the pool. In addition, the rooms are small and outdated. The staff is exceptional."

Variety of rooms with different views to choose from. It is a large resort and a little spread out but they provide free and efficient shuttle service throughout the property. "

"Loved my stay at Havana! Ferry transfers were super easy and the activity they organized to go to the night market was a highlight. Really enjoyed the more quiet side of the island too - definitely more family friendly and nice for a solo traveler. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Wir waren für 5 Tage bei Pen's in einem Delux-Bungalow in der ersten Reihe, direkt am Meer. Die Lage und der Strand von Tong Nai Pan Yai ist ideal für ruhesuchende. Der Sand sehr fein, das Ufer recht flach. Man kann auch nach 30m im Wasser noch stehen. Keine Steine im Meer und flache Wellen. Direkt am Strand locken mehrere Restaurants und Bars für ein Essen oder einen Drink. Auch im Dörfchen hat man die Möglichkeit etwas zu essen (waren wir jedoch nie) oder einzukaufen. "Unsere Toilette war undicht, damit der Badezimmer boden immer feucht, das Holz vom Bettrahmen war porös und so splittrig, dass man sich daran verletzen konnte. Staubwischen und Spinnennetze entfernen wurde lange nicht gemacht. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren sehr unbequem. Insgesamt war Zimmer 20 auf dem Felsen in keinem guten Zustand, über die anderen zimmer kann ich nichts sagen, es ist aber schwer vorstellbar, dass man nur ein Zimmer verkommen lässt und die anderen pflegt. "Lovely property with fantastic staff. Special mention for Rainnie for all her help resolving transport and changes. Villas arw spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Towels are big and special towels provided for those who attend parties and need to wash off paint. Little kitchen area and kettle and large fridge with bottles water. Very quiet at night. Decent size pool and sun loungers. Nice gym area too. "

"Nicest staff ever! Pool is beautiful and big, our poolside bungalow was also very spacious, the grounds are nice and the beach is a couple minutes walk. They cleaned our room daily and the breakfast included delicious Burmese food with western cuisine. We enjoyed a small beach party as well, every Wednesday. "

"The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s in a quiet location but not too far to reach bars and restaurants. Our room was amazing it was huge with a bath in the centre and the bed made a statement with the drapes hanging over it. We had our own private pool which was lovely, however the decking by our pool was splintering in some areas which meant you had to make sure you wore footwear when walking on it. "This was the last of our stays after visiting four different islands in Thailand. This property was beautifully maintained with great views and pool right on the ocean. It lacked the arrogance and pretense of other beautiful resorts and felt entirely comfortable and welcoming. I will be back!"
