"We stayed in a tiny houss that was well equipped. Upon checking in we met Henry who works on the property. He was great, helped us get settled and answered all our questions. The site is on the Hudson and has nice views. The onsite restaurant was great too! Shout out to Rachel behind the bar and Matt our waiter."

"Beautiful property and well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Hot tub was clean and we took advantage of it. I would 1000% recommend this place to anybody who asked. "

"I was this had nit had a review in a few years so i was kinda nervous but decided to give it a shot nonetheless. Im so glad we did. It was perfect. It was clean and updated (maybe since previous reviews?) And just the right size for the the 4 of us, which included a 16yr old and 14yr pld boy. The boys loved the fishing and caught quite a few good sized fish and used just about every vessal at their disposal. It was so beautiful, peaceful and just what we needed for a regharge! Highly recomend...

"This place was great for our family of 5. Walking distance from a Lake Lucerne beach. The house has a nice fire pit and grill. The owners were very easy to reach and helpful. Overall a great stay! "

" We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. "We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the tenant above was also very quiet, and has the cutest dog's. We ate at the Ugly Rooster café, ...

"The house was perfect! Plenty of room to hang out, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful outdoor areas. The house is a tiny walk outside the back and you're on the river. The space was perfect. Would highly recommend. "

"This is a welcoming and comfy place to come for a visit to the races or just to hang out in Saratoga Springs. We took an uber to the track (1.5 mile) and the walked home. Perfect location. We spent a day at the battlefield and touring the town. Ryan's place was the place to kick back and relax and enjoy. The bed is AMAZING and other littl touches make it our new favorite place to stay!"

"Location, location, location ! This place has a perfect location we parked our car on Wednesday and didn’t move it until we left. The place is nicely appointed and the host was responsive and friendly. Place is perfect for 2 people. The listing says it sleeps 4 but the bathroom in “en-suite “, and the bedroom door doesn’t close because the bed is too large for the small room. So it really doesn’t accommodate 2 couples. "

"The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! "
