"EVERYTHING! 1st the staff working was amazing- they had warm cookies and a hot cocoa bar in the lobby- and the staff were so friend and accommodating. The room was SUPERB! they even had a cute note left for me on the dining table in the room which i thought was such a personal touch! We stayed here and went to Bentleyville and they even had a FREE shuttle to take guests there- the shuttle was decked out in holiday lights and pillows and even had fun "gifts" for the kiddos! "The room was very clean. Staff was very nice. We checked in later at night and the lobby did smell like stale cigarettes, but in the morning the lobby smelled fresh. The breakfast was good and there was non dairy milk options, which was a nice surprise. "
