"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "

"We stayed here with 2 adults and 4 kids in a corner suite. It has 3 double beds and a separate room for one of the beds for the adults. It a s cute mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and bar too seating for 2. Two TVs and a bathroom with a sink outside of where the toilet and shower are (great for a large group). The kids loved the pool! The staff was great, perky and helpful. We felt it was excellent value for money. The rooms have all been renovated too- new furniture and vinyl plank...
