Beautiful Lake Front View

Relax and get away from it all in this newly renovated and restored Cottage. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the cozy screened in porch. Go down to the water’s edge and look for snail shells. Cast a line from the dock or bring your boat and cast off into the 37,000 acres of prime fishing waters in Lake Seminole. Explore the cove and river in the kayak, or just sit around the fire pit and enjoy time well spent.

The house is multi-family friendly. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a tub/ shower combo, while bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have queen size beds. One bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is also a Daybed in the fourth bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa as well. The kitchen has a large dining space with an expansive bar area; perfect for couples or larger families. The Den has a new 55 inch flat screen smart TV. The house has Dish Network and wind stream internet.

Kitchen is furnished with pots, pans, crockpot, toaster, mixer, blender, electric griddle, *electric ice cream churn, bunt and cupcake pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, and your normal kitchen utensils.

There are two charcoal grills. Also a boiling pot with strainer basket (can be used for steaming too) and a propane cooker.

There is a covered fish cleaning station with power and lights. Power to charge the batteries on your boat is located at the end of the boat house close to the dock.

The house sustained major damage during Hurricane Michael. It has been completely renovated. The flooring, furnishings, and all electronic equipment have been updated.

Trail's End Resort is less than 1/2 mile away. Trail's End has a boat launch, and a restaurant, "Pops".

Seminole State Park is less than 2 miles away with a sandy beach area, swimming, putt-putt golf, nature trails and great picnicking areas.

The lake access for this property is convenient for fishing or recreational boating (the cove with our dock is accessible to the lake). We are located at the mouth of the Chatahoochee River, and just North of the Locks leading into the Appalachicola River.

2 cans Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
2 Cans Evaporated Milk
1 Box Vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cup blended fresh or canned/jar fruit
-peach, strawberries, cherries, pineapple
Whole milk- to fill line
Ice cream salt & ice

For chocolate just use a box of chocolate instant pudding instead of vanilla 😊

We had 5 adults and the Birthday boy who turned 11! This was a lake on his list of lakes to visit and fish! The house is in a great location on the Lake and had plenty of space inside and out! Would love to stay hear again in the future!

We were so impressed with the home. The decor is beautiful! The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need, from games, a fully supplied kitchen, even bedside fans in bedrooms. Our favorite spot where we spent the most time (mostly due to a rainy weekend) was the screened porch. It was spacious enough that 5 people and 2 large dogs could sit comfortably. We stayed for Mother’s Day weekend and want to make this a yearly thing.

The place was wonderful. Located right on a cove to the lake. Easy use of the dock. The accommodations were clean, well stocked with supplies, utensils, linens, etc. Alex was great with communicating. I highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our weekend stay hunting the lake. Location was very close to the boat ramp. House was super clean and updated, awesome layout and offered plenty of space inside and outside. Lots of parking for boats and vehicles. Very nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here and will be returning again.

Overall this stay was really nice!! We enjoyed ourselves! We only had very minor issues and they were all addressed right away! We were so happy to see the Christmas tree they had as we had no room to bring ours. Thank you!!

Very nice place! Everything you need in one area! We stayed for a guys weekend fishing trip! Restaurant and boat ramp within half a mile away the house has everything you would need! Will go back again!

From a family trip to an all guys trip this place is exceptional. Clean, neat, tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Handy boat access. Had a 21’ ranger and 17.5’ tracker docked at dock with no issues. We will be staying here again in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! It had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen with a nice open concept. Beautiful sunsets and a very nice fire pit that we enjoy every night. I highly recommend this house and will definitely be back.

This was a perfect July 4th getaway with the family. The house is great, everything we needed was right there. Would highly recommend for anyone who just wants to kick back and relax. One thing for potential renters, not a complaint just an fyi. Bring your own shampoo, soap, and coffee or coffee pods. Love the house, will definitely be back ❤️

We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The sights and sounds of nature were so relaxing, especially with a cup of coffee early in the morning on the screen porch! We had three days with part of our family and we loved the time together and needed it. Our grandson loved fishing off the dock most of all.

This house was perfect for our family! We were in town for a wedding at Pine Hill Plantation. Your house location was ideal. Your house is decorated to give off such a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is not only adorable but also wonderfully appointed to accommodate your guests’ needs. The Adirondack chairs and fire pit pad were great for relaxing with family and also enjoying the lake view. Your house is a perfect place for a family to enjoy each other and the beauty of the lake.

We loved the place. It is beautiful Right on the water with boad dock and fish cleaning station. The Owners are wonderful. I called 3 times to ask questions and always were just as nice and helpful. You couldn't ask for any better. No problem with renting, finding the house, getting in or the house. It is a perfect getaway. Hopefully going again soon. Thank you for everything.

My family enjoyed staying at this comfy cottage. It has a relaxing feeling when you open the door. We had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Being close to a boat ramp was a major plus, so we could park the boat at the dock. Alex was easy to reach and prompt to return. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.😊
