Staff, including manager, were extremely rude—during check in process, insisted on making a paper copy of my credit card as “insurance in case you smoke or vape in the room.” They warned me not to vape or smoke in the room as if I were a child. Upon check out I asked for the paper copy of my credit card back—they refused. "

"The parking was safe and easy. I worked nightshifts during the time I was there and I slept excellent, little to not noise, blackout curtains, nobody knock the door or interrupted my sleep. They ask me if I needed housekeeping just to let them know so they don’t interrupt my sleep. Friendly staff, attentive to anything you need like towels, bathroom rugs housekeeping (when you request it). It was overall a good experience. Consider if you are traveling for work! "

I asked for a refund and he gave it to me without question. He said all elevators were out in other hotels as well. He recommended the Drury and we stayed there. "
