"The standard rooms are on the smallish side but clean. The rooms are air conditioned and the shower has the usual amenities except I would say the shampoo, shower gel bottles are on the small side. The staff are very helpful and breakfast is buffet style. A side note, you may have to pay a separate charge for breakfast when reserving the room depending on how you pay."

"Small hotel that lacks the basic amenities that other hotels at the same price range would have. Room size are smaller than advertised, no cable tv (only google tv accesable only through the guess's own google account which is pointless), ac kept shutting off and cant hold a certain set temperature. There are better options at similar price range within the same area."

"I didn’t realize the room didn’t have a window, but that was my fault for not asking first so the room seemed a little small, but it was very clean and the shower was fantastic. Hot water. Good pressure overall I was very happy. I think I’ll get a room with a window next time."

"She's a grand old lady, the hotel itself is a little dated, but what it lacks as far as age, is well and truly made up by the staff. Everything works properly. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, and helpful. Housekeeping is very efficient and they keep the rooms spotless. The gym is good and has a decent amount of equipment, the pool area is also very clean and well maintained. The Breakfast buffet has a large variety of dishes to cater to everyone's taste. "We chose to stay at T-Ritz because of a recommendation by a YouTube travel personality and additional positive reviews from multiple travel sites. We were very pleased with the accommodations and we plan on returning soon! Aside from the excellent accommodations, T-Ritz is located in a pleasant HCMC neighborhood. There's a Public Bank Vietnam in the same building, a Vietcombank two short blocks down the street (this is where I did my currency exchange directly from my account in the US), a...
