"Beautiful stay. Lovely kind hosts who have thought of everything, lots of toys for the kids, extras such as.a raclette grill and coffee pot, even a dishwasher and washing machine. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. The air-conditioning was especially appreciated in 37 heat."

"Jean-Claude was wonderful from start to finish. He greeted us personally at the villa upon our arrival and graciously allowed us to check in early so our family could enjoy the pool while the property was being prepared. That small act of hospitality made us feel welcome from the very beginning.
The villa itself is beautiful. We especially loved the pool, and the magnificent stone façade gives the home so much character and charm.
Jean-Claude also went out of his way to bring us charcoal so we...

"Pros: Location was excellent, right next to the Loire. Very peaceful in a village that has some amenities. We made use of the tabac/bar where the locals were very friendly. Also an excellent bakery and a cafe on the river (only open Thursday to Sunday and book in advance). Good base to explore local chateaux and vinyards. Host was in regular contact about WiFi difficulties, which were then solved.
Cons: Heat in the top bedroom. My daughter ended up sleeping in the lounge. However, the weather...
