"We love staying here! The rooms are so clean, and so accessible. We are always greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk. The staff always attends to our needs, even if it is a last minute check in! I will always look to book this place!"

"The staff was friendly. The spa was quaint and the massage was excellent. The jacuzzi was not functioning and there were no robes in the room. Over all the we had a nice one night stay. They comped a free dunk at the bar. I recommend having other food options or opening the restaurant earlier."

"Room was not remodeled like the website claimed, my room looked nothing like the pictures. There’s minimal lighting, not good at all. Many of the amenities listed were not provided, room was not clean (someone else’s hair folded into the “clean” towels, white shaving cream stains all over the black wallpaper, hair in the shower & on the ceiling, glitter in the carpet, it’s never been dusted, bathroom door was caked with dust & toiletry products, etc), noisy guests… I gave it an extra star...

"When I originally booking this stay I was not aware that there would be construction going on the ENTIRE week I was there. Their was dust everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. As I was sitting on the lobby I would see the dust on ALL the tables while trying to relax and have my drink. Very uncomfortable. I went back on the website while now staying there and did notice there was a NOTICE STATING THEIR WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON. But the notice was NOT their when I originally booked. Very...

"All of the staff we interacted with was professional and very helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept for an older building. It was a great placeto stay for mostly sleeping."

"Had some minor problems, Toilet paper holder was coming out the wall, the shower head fell as you were showering, and the drain stopper fell out. The breakfast was subpar. The home fries/ potatoes were under cooked, and the meat options were very limited. Didn’t have the best experience at this Homewood suites. "
