Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling ..."

"All staff from security, reception, restaurant & cleaning were so welcoming & friendly. All staff spoke good english. Hotel was excellent with free boat ride & afternoon tea. Rooms were clean & modern. Eating in the restaurant is pricey."
