"The cottage is situated in a quiet, shady neighborhood and is only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. It is a quick drive to downtown Grand Bend. House was overall clean upon our arrival and was very comfortable- AC worked well. Kitchen is spacious and easy to move around in. There are lots of pots, pans, utensils and even some herbs/spices for cooking. "Our time here was a great summer vacation! The sunsets are incredible. The home was nice and comfortable. The teens loved the air hockey table. The stairs down to the water were built well and stable. Yes, there is a break wall but a nice ladder was provided and easy to use. It may be difficult for someone with mobility concerns. "This is a lovely, newly built home with lots of fun amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The big game room on the lower level is fantastic. Having one of the two bathrooms on the lower level is handy for the usage of the hot tub, cool plunge and sauna. The upstairs living space with kitchen and bedrooms is spacious. We also enjoyed both balconies. The location is perfect for visiting the Pinery. We would definitely book again."
