"Was a lovely stay at Staybridge the room where very nice ,loved the toaster and fridge . Breakfast was very good ,good variety and Lilly from the kitchen staff who was cleaning was so friendly and pleasant .. thank you Lilly for the chat . Parking lot was clean and well lite . Central location so we walked a lot and close to walking path ..Definitely recommend this place . Loved the happy hour drinks and appies ..nice touch Happy customer 😊Lisa from Canada"

"The room smelt like old beach sand. The shower only trickled out. The beds were like sleeping on bricks. No give at all. The pool was nice and the ice machine produced alot of ice. I know it isn't the hotels fault but the city water was awful. It smelt like rotten eggs with heavy sulfur. I tried canceling the remaining of my stay but only would refund one night of a three night stay. Find better else where."

"You expect quaint. You get unsafe, unsanitary and rudeness. You realize from the check-in through a tiny gated slot that this is not going well. You climb the rickety stairs up and follow the uneven hallway down to the room and use your old fashioned door key to enter. Inside the room is extremely outdated, mismatched, and smells of old Chinese food. The sheets are stained. There is no AC in the Florida summer. There are wire hangars in the open closets. "Wow! Was I surprised! I booked this room because it was reasonably priced and convenient to my meeting the next morning. I expected a typical pedestrian room. Instead, I experienced an excellent traveler's stay at a well maintained and operated hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was excellent and everything worked. "Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again "

"The 1st lady at check in seemed to have a problem with English but she called someone (who came within minutes) who was fluent. The internet was wonky. It went in & out. I couldn't get the tv to work but this was certainly operator headspace. I didn't ask about it because hubby was listening to stuff on his phone. The A/C was off when we arrived but very quickly cooled off. Bedding was very comfortable. It was a good deal for the price & we'd stay again."
