"I debated writing this review because part of me wanted to gatekeep this place… but who knows when we’ll be back in South Africa? Atlantic View Hotel delivered hands down the best service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I didn’t want to leave. The bed was unbelievably comfy, the view was stunning, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast, just wow. Every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming. We had the best time and will 100% stay here again when we return to SA."

Las instalaciones están en óptimas condiciones pero cuando llegamos no había agua.Nos indicaron que el servicio retornaría pronto pero pasamos todo un día sin agua y sin nadie que nos asiasta o nos dé una alternativa. Pienso que la gerente debió mandarnos a otro hotel pero prefirió quedarse con el huesped y sacrificarlo. Bajo este concepto NO LO RECOMIENDO."

"Property is located in a nice area in camps bay. However the flat is very basic, cleanliness is a problem with ants and flies all over the place. We were promised daily house keeping but only received it once during 5 days. The communication from the host Roxanne was sub par. The flat was very hot and there was no fan or AC, we asked for a fan right after check in but despite several reminders Roxanne didn't reply or organise a fan during our 5 day stay. "Had a lovely few days at Rosedene! Staff were all so kind and helful! Lungi was so very helpful in organizing our pickup and transportation from the airport, and also booking tours for us while in Cape Town. Arthur was there to greet us on our arrival, and each evening when we returned. Chef Ian and his staff in the kitchen had a wonderful breakfast for us each morning. Would definitely stay here again!"
