I called the number provided, but was told that since the reception was only there until 8pm, there was nothing they could do. "This place is truly comfortable, well-equipped in every sense, very clean and quiet. It is close to the Belvedere Palace and gardens and the botanical garden. The tram 0 right at the corner takes you to and from Vienna's main train station (Hauptbahnhof); one or two blocks farther take tram 71 and others into the main attractions."

"Comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean and cozy. It's a small boutique hotel. Mostly quiet but some occasional noise from the outside hotel bar on weekends. A few things in the room were partly broken. For example, one of the charger ports did not work, the tissue dispenser was loose from the wall when you pulled a tissue out, and the shower head would wobble. These are minor things. Generally the stay was good."

"Very awful room, they mentioned, the room has a garden view which was a joke. You could see another concrete walls surrounding a very small poorly maintained lawn! If one throw themselves out of the window, they might be able to see that poorly maintained lawn. Breakfast was poor, overall it was one of the worst Ritz Carltons. I do not recommend it, at all!"
