"Was our go to whenever we visited Cleveland in Beachwood. The property use to be very clean. Now our room was not that clean. Sheets were coming off the bed, tables were on their last leg, stains on curtains, hallways didnt smell clean. We will be finding a new hotel to stay."

"I don’t understand how hotel was over 200 rooms and you only have three baggage cards for the entire building is totally ridiculous. I have herniated bulging disc. It’s hard to carry all my belongings up to the floor and then I have to search high and low to find a cart to bring all my belongings up and downstairs. Very disappointing."

"Friday night there were kids lots of kids running thru the hall making loud noises I’m assuming there was a soccer tournament Saturday, because when I was checking out I seen a bunch of them in soccer ball uniforms @ breakfast. Therefore I checked out one day earlier, and they removed each door do not disturb signs off all the doors on the third floor. I would like to have a one day refund because I checked out one day early."

"All in all good hotel. There was a huge group of a young g boys soccer team that we extremely loud and took over entire pool with little adult supervision. It made it hard for my daughter and I to enjoy the pool but overall good hotel."

"We stay in Solon often and have stayed at all of the surrounding hotels. This hotel has been our favorite so far. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very nice. We didn’t get a chance to swim but our kids loved the breakfast. We will definitely be back."

The pool is on the smaller side and they were out of towels, although the property guy brought some upon request. He was hustling every time we saw him; maybe they’re a little understaffed.
