"It is a nice looking hotel with good breakfast and great location. Our heater did make noise but we didn't complain so I don't know if they could have/would have fixed it. It is a fairly long walk from EV charging (they don't have their own) so I might not stay there again but I love being the closest to the liftbridge."

"Very poor experience. It seemed as though the front desk was only helpful to male customers. The bathroom exhaust fan was not operational. There was food in fridge from the previous guests. The bathroom mirror was so dirty i had to try to clean it. My son could not use the pool as the water had a disgusting film over the top. Don't bother trying to call the front desk either....gotta walk down and talk in person. That's how and when it was very clear that since I was woman the man had treated...

"Historic Hotel with Unique suites and a great vibe. Not your traditional hotel but exactly what we were hoping for. The ambiance was perfect both in the hotel and in the Rathskellar Speak Easy in the basement. "

"Very nice hotel and people. Will stay here again.. just a different room lol.. I was right in front of the pool. Parents had thier kids swimming at 8am and I had gotten in at midnight from a long day flying. I could have had my room alot colder . But the hotel was great"

"Too much noise at night. First night heard individuals talking through the night through the vents in the bedroom and living room. Second night family in next room allowed their child to cry and scream while they were in the livingroom laughing and talking loudly. After woken for the third time to a child screaming we called the front desk. The last time they allowed the child to scream for 15 mins. This was at 12:45 am. After that we no longer heard the child however the adults carried on...

"All of the information provided by staff was accurate and helpful. I did have an issue with parking since another person was in my spot. Since I was required to park in my space, I was worried about being ticketed. I communicated with the staff via email and Expedia, but did not get a response. It was short notice and I was told that they would respond within 24 hours. The issue was that would not help me in that moment which is not anyone's fault. Just an oversight."
