"The staff were the best thing about this stay. The room was ok, clean and everything I'd expect from a motel. However, my room faced onto a large public car part that served a pub, restaurant and the biggest bottle shop I've seen. It was used by young people to kick a ball around. I needed to sleep early, but was woken at 10:30, just after the doors were closed, by a youngster asking if I'd let him through my room to the back so he could retrieve his football. I refused. They hung around then...

"Loved staying in a historic building. Beautiful architecture and great, friendly staff. The bar is exceptionally eell sticked ! Only difficulty for us was the music downstairs in the bar and restaurant until midnight when we are usually early to bed. Please note steep, narrow stairs, but it is a historic building."

"Very quiet and peaceful in an exclusive and elegant area of Fremantle. The boutique atmosphere was lovely, the view stunning. The staff absolutely delightful and breakfast was delicious.
The cost for what was provided didn’t really match. You can pay slightly less for the Crown Towers were you feel like Royalty. This is wonderful, particularly if you want to feel secluded from the city hype, but the quality of the bedding, furnishings (most especially in their advertising) etc doesn’t fit the...

"The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better.
No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service.
Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. My wife's poached eggs came out hard. Not sure why getting...

"I had an ocean view room which also looked over the car park & pub on the corner. Was a bit noisy on Fri & Sat nights & during the day as they are renovating the outside of the building. Didn’t bother me as l was not there during the day. I loved being able to see & hear the ocean & the close proximity to restaurants & beach walks. The room was very spacious & good storage for clothes. The hotel is in need of an update but for the price l paid, l felt it was excellent value for money."
