"They allowed someone to take my truck from the valet without verification which left me stranded in another state, having to ire a driver to get home safely. The special summer deal was not part of the deal I purchased when I was under the impression it was, additionally the resort fees were an additional charge when it was said they were included. This whole thing was a rip off and completely unsafe and unprofessional."

"Staff was helpful, but the room was so cold at night due to air-conditioning, which was fine but not any heavy comforters or blankets. I had to call down to the front desk to get more blankets and they sent up a few thin ones, but my opinion is that should have been a second layer and should have had a heavier comforter on the bed. The security officer brought it up to us, which was helpful. The property was clean and they cleaned the room daily and delivered fresh towels, which was great."

"The check in went very fast and the staff was so friendly and professional. The room was extremely roomy and the queen size bed was very comfortable. The room and the hotel was extremely clean. I will definitely come again."

"The room was quite large, and has everything you need. However, it is located inside the casino Binion, and requires a bit of walk around to find. You get used to it after a while, if you enter through the Hotel Apache double doors, then the reception is just right there."

"The shark tank is under construction. We were originally booked in the Carson tower. The sheets had holes in them, the towels had holes, there was something lumpy in the comforter. We were charged an extra 130.00 at check in to make sure we had 2 queen beds. The room was 2 double beds. I called the front desk and was able to get our room moved to the Rush tower, but when I went to the front desk to exchange the keys, was told they only had a room in the Gold tower. This room was better, but...

The only problem i ran into is one of the days the elevator was not working for my tower and needed to contact front desk to have someone access the freight elevator to move people. Its not their fault, they did their best. Over all the stay was nice. It is on the monorail which is very convenient."

"First and foremost my boyfriend had an expired id so they wouldn’t even let us in and then when I booked with the company I paid extra for the insurance to guarantee if anything goes wrong they will refund and what not but I couldn’t cancel , refund or transfer my reservation as well as even check in"
