"This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!"

Our reservation couldn’t be found and the front desk overcharged us and put us in a spare room not even listed on the website (double bed and no working AC). Miserable experience from start to finish. We were far from the only wedding guests to experience issues with check-in and AC."
