"Very nice, clean, good breakfast and most of the staff was wonderful but it only takes one person to make your stay good or bad and I meet the first one at check in she was so rude. I had reservations or I would have left at the beginning of my stay."

"Nice, clean, and modern! The breakfast was complementary and yummy. The staff was friendly and prompt. The room was so clean each day with a comfy bed and ample towels. The balcony is such a plus, too! If you’re looking for a bathtub, you have to specify that."

"Had a room with fire place and jacuzzi. Didn’t try the jacuzzi but the fire place was a nice touch. Unfortunately, when I pulled my sheets down after working all day I noticed ‘someone else’s’ toe nail in the bed. A bit irritating. Told the front desk the next day and the hotel never reached out to me. So, you can use this review as you like. They did have a really good hot apple cider fountain til midnight. So, it had that going for it."

"The hotel offered many unique amenities, such as free donuts, fruit, slushes, and lemonade. The pool area was very nice with pool toys available. The game room along with games throughout the property were fun for the kids. The location was very convenient. My family with small children was able to easily walk to The Island and enjoyed a great show at the Comedy Barn. The breakfast at Reagan’s, a restaurant across the street was excellent. Our only downsides were that the water in the unit got pretty hot, except the shower, it was slightly above lukewarm and it would have been nice to be able to take a hot shower. I also wished there were more donut/seat floats for the lazy river and a smaller, toddler friendly playground.
