"The room was very clean, however getting to it - the hallway floors were terrible - they smelled old and stale - maybe they are in the process of updating them. Front desk staff nice, but can’t go beyond their set job. When I booked, in the comments section, I especially requested a room near the elevator, and that I need to add my AARP membership for the discount, because I couldn’t add it when I booked. "The breakfast area was clean but the food wasn’t that good. The potatoes was hard for “ both “days. the sausage wasn’t browned they were still really light. The eggs had water in them. Please put a little more effort into how the breakfast is prepared.. this is my go to hotel in this area."

"We stayed here last year and it was such a nice hotel we decided to stay again this year for my husband’s work trip in the area. The pool, gym and in hotel restaurant - along with outside restaurants shopping and a nail salon within walking distance made this fun for me while he was working. The property is well maintained, the have security in the lot outside and the staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Don’t book! They charge 100 dollars incidentals & then scam to not return the full amount. We were accused of stealing LED lights from the bathroom which was not true. We barely spent time in the hotel & were only there for short increment of time. We requested sheet changes after finding stains on our bed & they refused to replace our sheets & towels. Front desk workers were rude when I tried to find solutions to these problems."
