"Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Front desk was training a new team member and it was awkward. Housekeeping left two bath mats and one towel instead of two towels and one bath mat. Only inconvenient because it wasn’t realized until the second towel needed to be used. Overall nice property in a great location."

"We booked our hotel with Expedia. When I registered for the room I clicked the option to pay at facility. They ran my card for the price I was given prior to checking in. When we arrived at the facility around 10PM, I went into the lobby to get us checked in. The front desk attendant, Gary, was rude from the time I walked in the door. "Either housecleaning or a guest with access to our room tried to open the door without knocking in the morning. Thank goodness we had the door block up; it was very scary."

"We have always stayed at this hotel every time we travel to Huntsville, Alabama as a family two adults one child sometimes dogs. We’ve never had an issue with the cleanliness or the way that the room smelled that and every time we go to bed, our bed clothing was wet as if we were outside camping. This day was the worst day we’ve ever had all the other times has been great and excellent I won’t hold it against him this time so thank you for our day."

"The room had an odd smell to it but we were only there for one night and out most of the time. Otherwise for the price, it’s a great stop. "
