"After staying for almost three weeks- kitchen is doable, bear minimum provided. In the time we were there, our room was cleaned one time because there were not enough housekeepers. "The first thing I noticed when I entered my room was how wrinkled and disheveled the doublet and shams were. One of the pillow cases were all reveled and torn. Part of the doublet was hanging outside the cover. In the bathroom the shower and grout was filthy. You can tell it had not been scrubbed. I definitely could not get into it barefoot. The toilet was so low to the ground my knees and back suffered the entire time. One day housekeeping said they would come back to service the room after...

"New and model hotel. Love the shower with glass door and that the desk has wheels that can be moved to other parts of the room. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though. The quality of the hot food (sausages/bacon and egg) was average at best."
