"2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。
設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。
しかしながら、部屋でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。
その後フ ロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。"

"Nice close location for late night arrival, but if you grab a taxi or Uber, worth the drive to head a little further and stay wherever you want to start from the next day. We slept well and all was OK, but facilities are a little tired and the shuttle had limited capacity and had to do multiple trips to collect everyone needing to get to the motel. "The staff where absolutely amazing. The cabins are surprisingly quiet even being close to the airport.
My only negative was that once the office closed at 4pm there was no way of booking a cabin for that night. I rang at 5.30pm and was told no one was available to supply me with a key. Over my stay I sighted other travelers turning around after 4pm, I have to assume it was because there was no one available to book them in."
