"Had a great stay. Very different feel to other hotels, mire focus on you controlling things how you liked it. Clean property and rooms were very clean too. Convenient hotel location that is just a short walk from the Metro, Safeway and some good eating options. The breakfast is great and when you interact with the staff its always pleasant. "One of the best city hotels I've stayed at. The property was very clean, the amenities were excellent, and the rooms were spacious (knowing city hotels are usually very small). One feature I especially appreciated was the ability to text the front desk. I accidentally left my "Do Not Disturb" sign on, and they texted to check whether it was intentional so they could clean my room if needed. "This small, reasonably priced, well-located hotel is incredibly clean, the rooms are quiet (although the air conditioner does make sound when it goes on and off), the staff is very helpful and there is a great bar/restaurant attached. It's two blocks away from Union Station and besides its own restaurant, there are several others within a 10 minute walking radius. The downside for us is that there isn't a coffee maker in the room. "This hotel is top notch. First time staying here, I will definitely be back. Staff were super friendly. Hotel rooms were spotless, it was nice to have an actual refrigerator, stove and sink. My only complaint was the parking fee of $65 for each night."
