"I am not sure if they have a new administration or what but I been staying in this hotel for the last 4 years because my doctor is in that area and I live 3 hours away. And now the hotel was dirty, food in the floor around the 4 floor, elevators the sameam and I do not event want to say how was the breakfast (used to be so clean) . Room with air-conditioned control broken I have to go to front desk just to be sure they do not charge me because of that. Now they charge you for parking too. Is...

"The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats.
We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations.
I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company.
