"Ice maker inop. TV inop (actually, the TV was fine, but there were no stations). Couldn't receive WiFi in the room (though we could receive the WiFi from the Holiday Inn nearby). Broken toilet paper holder. Nowhere to hang a towel—I mean nowhere: no bar, no hook, anywhere in the bathroom or room. Ended up draping it over the TV, which was otherwise useless.
On the other hand, the staff was super nice, and the courtyard was a nice place to hang out and have a drink when we arrived around...

"The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help.
As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...
