Having thought we had booked a “Cell” room, it was evident we hadn’t and were told we needed to specifically select that on booking, though this wasn't clear at all on booking. Having paid quite a high price, the room was a glorified premier Inn room. We were on a stay with friends who had booked as cell room, having paid quite a bit more than us, who had some real issues...

"There was a lack of communication on how to access the property. We had to call to get the instructions from the number that was on the door and they didn’t seem aware that we had even booked. We’ve finished our stay and there is still no response to our messages. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The cleanliness could be improved (moldy food left in the fridge and cobwebs). On a positive note, it was in a great location in town. However, it is important to be aware that overnight parking is expensive in...

"First up, the photo of this property is entirely inaccurate. It isn’t merely that the photo is of the property a while ago - it is a photo of a different house altogether. See photos for the actual property. Rubbish piled up in a corner outside as well. The entire building smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke. It is in a fairly advanced state of neglect. We were offered a choice of two bedrooms, and the one we rejected was tiny, with peeling laminate on the floors. Ours has been documented...

"This place is absolutely lovely. Newly renovated, beautiful old home and the management could not be nicer. They communicated with me about my arrival and check-in, welcomed me warmly when I arrived, and wished me well on the interview I was there to attend. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The location is so close to the bus stop that I could see it from the windows in my room. I would absolutely stay here again. "
