"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"It’s a brand new hotel seemingly, and it was very nice Ed’s comfy etc… but the room carpets clearly hadn’t been cleaned, on check in the lady behind the desk was just miserable and not very welcoming… Lastly the lighting in the room was terrible..
It wasn’t expensive so I shouldn’t complain but it was things that you expect to be better and easily"

"I went to check in and I had prepaid I had the credit card I used to pay for my room I lost my ID but I had a picture of it and I was turned away . So I went to a different hotel and they were able to check me on with my credit card and they were picture of my ID . I drove all the way from Houston and I wasn’t going to have a place to stay."
