"This hotel was amazing. Staff knew us by name and helped us with everything we needed included seeing up ebikes and a guide to visit Angkor Wat last minute. The rooms were immaculate. Free tuktuk to Pub St. The swim up pool bar was great in the afternoon when it was hot. Fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend."

"The beat stay weve had in a very long time. We have stayed here as we celebrate 30 years of marriage and the help from all the staff was excellent from the moment we arrived to our departure. The ladies went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to all. We highly recommend Angkor heart private bungalows"

"We loved that as a family of five they had a room we could all be in together. The hotel felt like an oasis in the city, with a really nice pool and fabulous breakfast (egg station, noodle soup station, bread/toast, four hot options, fruit and salad) There was always a tuk tuk outside waiting. It was about $1.50 to get to pub street. Easy! HIGHLY recommend! The staff was really nice and helpful. And it was clean! "

"This is the best hotel we stayed in on our 3-week trip through Southeast Asia. From the service, to the amenities, to the room, to the restaurant; everything was above and beyond. The staff here are what really make it- everyone is friendly, kind, and gives 5-star service! The bed was the most comfortable we had in our 3 weeks, and the room was beautiful, spacious and clean. "Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much. Don't hesitate if you are looking for accommodation...

"Did not want to leave this place! It’s absolutely fantastic. I love Tim and his family make the environment feel so welcoming. Anything that we had a question about in regards to the area or needed they were there to help us. The property is huge and tidy! Would book again in a heartbeat!"

"We stayed for 4 days at the Golden Temple Residence for my birthday where we were greeted with cold towels, water and snacks. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap and is situated central to most things. The night markets are a 5 minute walk. They have a driver who can take you too and from the airport. It’s also conveniently placed to arrange for a tuktuk to the temples. The staff are amazing, they are so friendly and go above and beyond to help you. They arranged some lovely surprises for...

"The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles every morning and they did everything to make our stay memorable. Freshly squeezed juice on arrival with cooling towels which were very welcome considering the heat. Food was great and the margaritas exceptional. Close to everything. Only drawback was the proximity to one of the hostels, making it a bit noisy in the evening. "

"Reservoir Hotels was an absolute delight . Great location , affordable , great food, great staff and owner , clean and beautifully designed boutique hotel . If you plan to visit Seim Reap consider this hidden gem instead of the big places . When I visit again this is the place I will stay . "
