"The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

"Impossible to cancel reservation I made reservations through Expedia to stay here for a trip to visit family. Note at the time I made the reservations there were no notices that the reservations were refundable. "The property and rooms were super clean and comfortable. I was so surprised to see this hidden GEM in Chicago. It is close to Devon street where we love to go for food and shopping so GEM will definitely be our stop every time we are in Chicago area. Breakfast was so good not the usual buffet at other places but a made to order and hot and yummy. The service was outstanding. I would give it a 10/10 and totally recommend it."

"The parking spaces were big enough that I didn’t have to worry about someone banging into my vehicle. The parking was underneath the hotel and was accessed first by a key card and then an operator opened the garage door. It felt safe."
