"From walking in i was impressed. Staff were helpful and friendly, little touches everywhere. The room was absolutely beautiful and had birthday things for me as it was my birthday. Amenities were a lovely touch and the coffee machine was great. Bed massive and so comfortable. Everyone super helpful, breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very yummy. "We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. "
