"The room was clean, and the staff was helpful upon arrival. You have to use your key card to get up to the floors on the elevators. I didn't like that there's no self parking but after reading all the other Hotel details around it, I guess that's standard. Valet parking only. At checkout, ALL 3 of my cards were declining. I didn't like that it took for another woman's card (different race) to decline for the staff to check and see if there was an issue with their system after letting my cards...
