The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and made us feel welcome. "This is my second time staying at this property. I loved it the first time and I loved it even more this time. The room was a good size. The bathroom was clean and up to date. We were on the quieter side this time away from Geary. We didn’t use any of the amenities however my children did use the big chair in the lobby extensively. I also used the water station which was cold and filtered. We ate at Frederick’s several times throughout the stay for breakfast. The food is ok, my only complaint...

First, we were not aware that we would have to pay for parking which was about $35 for the night, and the closest parking garage was a six minute walk from the hotel. On the way to the parking garage, we saw several cop cars and someone being arrested. My family, which included an 8 year old, got to the hotel in the evening after eating at a restaurant, because our flight was delayed, and had to walk 6 minutes to the...

"Hotel was conveniently located near a BART station. Fun interior and the game floor has a photo booth. Only complaint about the room was the two windows looked into the opposite hotel room across the way. Could not have the blinds open so no natural light."
