"I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!"

"This cabin is perfect! We’ve stayed in a few places around greenville for the last 4 years and this is our new favorite. Perfect for a couples getaway or a family (the twin beds and kids area is so sweet). The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are all comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets. It feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere with the convenience of being very close to town. We loved it so much we’re already planning another trip next october"

"Terrific cabin in the heart of Western Maine mountains. Hosts are vey friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!"

"Great location and super quiet. If you are looking for glamping this isn’t it. If you are looking for an awesome, rustic cabin in the woods, this is it. We went swimming, made a fire and had s’mores. We loved it and would definitely come back. "

"We enjoyed all that Moosehead Lake had to offer. We loved the cabin and location. We wished there was more of a welcome packet with info about area, directions to the lake and the uniqueness of the cabin. Having said that we thorough enjoyed our stay."

"The place was dirty. Went to the basement to check out the laundry room and found standing water because the sub pump was broken, 3 full piles of bedding in and on the washer and dryer. This led me to believe the sheets on the bed had not been washed. The stove top was dirty, dishes in the dishwasher, dirt in between the cushions of the couch. There were no towels, few electrical outlets. We stayed only one night because it was too late to find another alternative. On the plus side the owner...

"This was our second time staying for a week at the cabin. The house was fully stocked and very clean. The backyard is a beautiful oasis whether you enjoy swimming, canoeing, or relaxing in the hammock. We are already looking forward to next summer! "

"Relaxing stay! We enjoyed our week at this cabin. We loved using the canoe and the availability of the fire pit. It did get pretty hot inside. The coolest we got it was 74 at night which is still pretty warm for what we are used to in the house but we made it work. We had to contact the property manager for an issue with the lockbox code which was resolved very quickly. Thank you for a nice stay!"
