The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"Stayed 5 days. They didn’t make our room the first day so we asked why at the reception. They told us that we should have asked. So we did, to be made every day. Didn’t happen. During the 5 days they made it 1x. There is no other service, no fresh towels and one ends up paying $550 a night for a very small room. There are better places in Cambridge to stay at."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The room service food was excellent however the staff was shorthanded and they had to return with the rest of our order. We loved the all day coffee and snacks. Parking facilities are a bit confusing but very secure. We did wish the tv service included streaming or pay for movies."

"The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean.
