"I got food poisoning from other place, and was feeling terrible with my upset stomach and nausea and throwing up all throughout the night almost getting dehydrated inside my room. But when I called the front desk for help in the morning, a very kind staff member helped taking me to a hospital and helped me buying some food & water. And after resting for a day, I was able to fly back to my country. I will like to send my greatest gratitude to the staff members of this hotel."

"Great hotel. It's brand new, so it's very clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. It's in a prime location, close to Lotus and Central Plaza and close to the MRT. Rooms have a working fridge and safe. The shower is awesome. Just be careful to watch your step as you have to slightly step down into the bathroom. The only thing that would be helpful is if there were a few more hooks or bars in the bathroom to hang up towels."

"Beautiful people and hospitality ..the room Was great so was the view. Only issue i had with room was the shower. It was backed up and drained really slow and the cleanliness of it as well. The walls were dirty and had the mold build up …not sure if my shower was clean properly or at all. But that’s the only thing i could Change about the room would be the shower other than that, the breakfast was delicious , staff was kind and very attentive …and over all Lovely stay"
