Sit back and relax to the sound of the waves and watch the surf from the comfort of your living room. Our absolute favourite place, a fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment on the beachfront with covered parking, level access and amazing views from the living area or balcony.

Located in a boutique complex with direct access to the patrolled Entrance Beach or spectacular ocean baths.

We are only a 10min stroll along the beachfront from the daily pelican feeding, restaurants, cafes & town centre and only a few steps from the sand and sea.

Open plan living with a newly renovated kitchen and private ocean view balcony, perfectly positioned for sunrise.

A short walk along the foreshore on the scenic path to all amenities: Cafes, Cinema, Bowling Club and Tuggerah lakes.. or along the beach to Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay and Shelly Beach.

Less than 5min drive to Shelly beach golf course and only 20 minutes off the motorway or from Tuggerah train station.

Just over an hours drive from Sydney via the M1, multiple buses arriving/departing from town for the rest of the central coast.

Please note no smoking on the property, thank you.

FYI the calendar is up to date, please don't send requests for days other than your intended stay.
Unfortunately due to strata regulations we can’t accommodate any pets sorry.

Absolutely gorgeous property and Jonathan was quick to reply to all messages. Property in a greay location and well equipped with everything you need. The views were breathtaking. Cannot wait to visit again.

The apartment was everything as advertised. We have a wonderful stay, it was so amazing stay right on the beach. We enjoyed the sunrises from our balcony and the wonderful cool afternoon breezes. Such great view. The beach and beach pools were fantastic. Nice and close to all the action at The Entrance too. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely outstanding!! This place exceeded my expectations in so many aspects. First of all, the view is AMAZING! And I’ve lived in high rises in front of the beach, but this is far better than that because you’re closer to the beach and feel like you’re there without having to set foot on the beach. Secondly, if you want to go to the beach it’s literally like 30 seconds away. You just take some steps (beside the front entrance) and you’re right there! (See picture attached) The apartment itself is really spacious, much more than what the pictures show. I love the fact that there is ample room in the kitchen.The furniture is very comfortable: the bed, the HUGE sectional couch, the dining chairs. The place is VERY well equipped, one of best equipped places I’ve been to. There are actually so many kitchen accessories, utensils, plates. Tons of extra bedding, towels, toilet paper. There was even a huge bottle of sunscreen!! Beautiful hardwood floors and very nicely tiled bathroom.Jonathan (the host) answers messages very quickly. Like in a matter of seconds! This place is top notch and I will for sure rebook when I return to the area. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Love the beachfront location

Had a lovely stay here. Love, love being right on the beach. The property was clean & check in to check out was a breeze. Owner was very responsive & able to give us a little later check out. Much appreciate it . Will definitely return.

Excellent, easy beach location, great whale watching

Amazing apartment, we are definitely hoping to return! As soon as we checked in and realised how wonderful the view was, how spacious and convenient the apartment was, and how close the private beach access was, we messaged to try and stay another night! Alas it was booked out, I'm not surprised. We didn't expect such spectacular whale watching! We stayed in the first week of October and there was a constant stream of humpback whales migrating south. The younger ones especially were jumping out of the water a lot, seemingly for the joy of it. Bring your binoculars! The apartment is literally right in between the beach flags and the sand is excellent. There are some steps down the side of the apartment building to the beach. Enjoy! Great lounge and tv with streaming platforms to enjoy as well. It was great watching a movie with the balcony door ajar, letting the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves come through. Small cons: the shower drain was backing up a bit. Not a big problem for us, only two of us with short showers and there was no smell and it did drain away slowly of its own accord. But if you have a full house staying, just double checked it's fixed first. There was also no paper towel/serviettes, again, not a big deal and we didn't bother requesting some for our 1-night stay, just a little thing to check. Also the perfume in the bedroom was too strong to sleep with, but we just moved it into the bathroom. The bedding, towels linens were wonderful.

Womderful 3 night getaway

A wonderful place to stay. Minimal stairs from car to door, which makes lugging baggage easy. Excellent view from the kitchen, dining and lounge which gave view of the amazing sunset. No issues with insects during Winter, glass door was wide open to listen to the sound of the waves. Amenitities all included and working, including Netflix and heaters. Less than 1 minute walk to the beach. Close drive to shops and, the boat shed. Communication was prompt. Beds were comfortable with plenty of throws if needed. Kitchen well equipped with plug in oven. Comfortable for our 3 night stay with 2 teenagers and a child under 10. We will certainly be back and will recommend this place.

Fabulous comfortable unit with amazing view

We loved our stay at this property. It had a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge and beds and it is so modern and clean, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Jonathan is a fantastic host. We’d love to visit again and stay longer next time.
