"I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"

"Incredible hotel! Immaculately presented, finished to the highest spec and every detail has been thought about! Perfect location if you want to explore Lancaster. Even though it’s in the centre of the town, on a busy Saturday night there was no noise! Amazing place, will definitely stay again. "

"Only one key to the whole building, got woken up at 11pm because another guest was locked outside and was banging on the door. Asked for fresh towels and never got a response from the owner. Kitchen had a bad smell coming from the fridges and the tv in my room was broken."

"After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? "Absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and had Everything you needed incuding tea, coffee, biscuits. Towels were provided and also hand wash and moisturiser. The breakfast was amazing and cooked to order as was the evening meals that we had and again they were delicious. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. This is our fifth time we have visited and it is always so good. Cant wait to go again."
