"This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! "Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."
