"My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. We got to have the room 7 which is at the top. We had a nice view to the street and also a small window for the sky. Breakfast was fantastic. Made by a cook at 8 am and we also had bananas, apples, juices, including a nice coffee machine. They also gave us the opportunity to leave our bags and go to explore the city in our last day. The zone is nice, you have a nice market on a walking distance, the area is safe, and you have 2 metro stations really...

"First time we’ve stayed since they’ve started upgrading work. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. The check in staff were lovely and very helpful. There was no instructions for the air con controls but by the power of Google lens I was able to work out that I could download an app to control it. The lights were like a test on the krypton factor. There was so many switches and sometimes the only way we could get the bathroom light on was to turn all the lights on. We worked it out by...

"The room was in the basement of the property and had a shared bathroom. I was not expecting either. From the pictures on the listing I thought I was going to get a room with a bathroom on a regular floor. My reservation was non refundable so I could not cancel it after I paid for it. The house is very clean and the owner was responsive when I expressed my surprise. However, I stayed 9 nights and the situation was not to my liking in that room. The room was very very small."

"If you have a car be aware this Best Western is near the City of London and is quite a congested area parking is often hard to find. as for the hotel I love the pre wwII building,decorstions and overall feeling , a step bck into a different time is what they are selling here. No A/C you are given (in your room) two small fans that usually do the job and in the spring becautious when opening windows as most or all have no screens to keep bees and wasps outside,a possible allegatic situation to...

"Location was safe and convenient! We loved being just a 4 minute walk from the Hampstead Theater and Swiss Cottage station. The room and communal bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...
