The location is a major plus, everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants and shops, which made our stay very convenient. However, we were a bit disappointed with a few aspects of the experience. "Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. "Didn’t live up to the way it was advertised. 4 star hotel (vip access) but wifi is 15usd unless you have a Marriot account, when I made one I still got charged and staff didn’t do nothing about it didn’t even look like they cared. Staff aren’t really welcoming and you can find better rooms in any other hotel "
