"Excellent hotel, very modern and stylish, staff were great and breakfast is wonderful. Great bar area and a pub/bar attached to the hotel with a brilliant atmosphere. Perfect location to explore Dublin while still being in a relaxed and quiet area. The Point tram stop is a few minutes walk away and will take you straight into the city centre for a few euro. The hotel is a few hundred yards from the 3Area which is where you can get the Dublin Express coach to and from the Airport. Also coaches...

"Nice and quiet. Staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Location is unbeatable. Only docked one star because I was not thrilled with the bathroom. They've opted for super-modern design, complete with the partial wall of glass for the shower with no door or curtain. Water wants to go everywhere in those. I don't like them. Period. And the drain was very slow so we did have to run the shower at halfway on to avoid a flood. Other than that, it's a good place. I will certainly consider...

"The Mespil Hotel had the best breakfast of our 2-week trip to Ireland! Nice to start off with a hearty breakfast before touring all around. Great hotel and very helpful staff. Near the Grand Canal which we enjoyed walking, as well as other nearby neighborhoods and restaurants. A little bit further from key downtown attractions but easy to get there on foot, by bus, or quick taxi rides. LOVED this hotel!!! "

"The hotel was great for transport links. Bus stop very close by. Was disappointed that the shower was over the bath. Would of expected a stand alone shower. Breakfast was fine but we didn't see the menu options to order eggs or waffles until the last day as nobody had told us. Only one working lift which means long waiting times at busy times. "

"We’ve stayed here before, we love it. Staff are so friendly and rooms are great - so handy if you’re seeing a show at 3arena. Also so convenient with the Luas stop right outside, we used it to cut out the walk to O’Connell Street. Food is also lovely, we got room service and it came very quickly and was great food. Would definitely recommend!"

"Most everything was very good to excellent. I would recommend that the hotel provide somewhat bigger desktop fans for air circulation & cooling. Updating their in room charging outlets for phones etc would also help many travelers."
